24hr Call Out

  • In the event of breakdown through tyre malfunction (puncture, blowout, adverse damage) CCT will provide a 24-hour, 7 day per week emergency response service. Details of the contact process and telephone numbers are provided.
  • CCT will record times of receipt of distress calls and also record times of the arrival on site of the service provider to carry out the repair of the vehicle. The base provision is that CCT will respond by arrival at the breakdown site within 90 minutes of receipt of the distress call in mainland UK.
  • Any deviation from this schedule will be recorded for subsequent contract performance review
  • Breakdown service in continental Europe cannot be guaranteed to meet the UK standards and each situation will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
  • Additional costs over standard UK costs for tyres and tyre services on the continent will require to be settled by the customer as an additional cost to the standard ppm/fc monthly payments.
  • In Europe, where the Customer has equipped the vehicle with a spare wheel, and the driver has organized the wheel change, then CCT would be prepared to accept the Customer’s Invoice for such work completed by the driver, or his agent, to levels of cost not in excess of normal expectation of such cost in the UK.
